■RC Spring Probe used for IC Socket
RC Spring Probe is developed for new contact technology which is able to use with narrow pitch “<0.4mm”, low profile“<1mm” and high frequency “>37GHz @ -1dB”. It is available for Board to Board connector, IC evaluation and testing by low profile base.
■RC Scrub-R used for IC Socket
RC Scrub-R probe is a new contact element using a feature of coil spring performance forθ direction. It is not only able for vertical direction contact but also side and slant direction, and is suitable for sliding in connector application like FPC and QFN low profile Connector and Socket. as superior high performance over 15GHz.
